An evening in Ballymaloe House



So this morning I started with my mug of coffee and then ran to the demo room to get a good seat and then went for a coffee then started to prepare my ingredients, I made a lovely victory sponge cake and made a lovely crab salad. After lunch I ran back to change out of my chef whites.

When I arrived back to demo I found the great Rachel Allen was on demo today she made cranberry sauce, Parsnip celery, Winter Blackcurrant pudding, Crab mayonnaise which I also made today. After demo, I ran back to the cottage to have a shower and get changed to have a lovely 5-course meal in Ballymaloe with a new friend doing the course. We had a great night and delicious food and laugh the night out.

When it came to be picked up my partner who is cooking with me in the kitchen this week collected us and then they dropped me home. Until then
