What a day down in Ballymaloe, long weekend now coming up

So this morning I was excited to go home tonight for this long weekend so I woke up down in Ballymaloe and had my coffee in the kitchen prepping my ingredients and loving the fact I was going home tonight.

Today I made Chocolate lemon curd profiteroles which were delicious. I then started to clean my station and get ready to run back to the cottage and get changed out of my chef whites. After I ran back I had a lovely lunch where I meet someone very interesting and had lunch with Rory.

After lunch, I went to the demo where Rachel was on again today. Rachel made homemade pasta vegetable soup, salad and Cheese salad. After the demo, I ran back to my friend's cottage where we got on the road back to Dublin so I could enjoy the long weekend with my family and friends.
